The Black Swan
This 8.5% imperial stout will pirouette into your heart while assaulting your perception of reality. Don't Be Intimidated! The darkest organic malts dance gracefully with organic rye and organic hops to create a seductive elixir, luring you into the tangled underworld of stout heaven. Aromas of chocolate and toffee balance the strong alcohol presence. The Black Swan is a tempting seductress.
8.5% ABV and 34 IBU

BREWERS CHAD BRILL AND PEPE PALACIOS will be at the special event MEET THE BREWERS: FOOD TRUCK BREWERS EDITION

Tied House Brewing, FireHouse Brewing, and Better Beer Blog are proud to present our 2nd annual Meet the Brewers festival as part of San Francisco Beer Week. (Waiting for the applause to finish...)

Last year, we had a whole roast pig, tons of great barbecue, sausages, and meaty goodness, and called ourselves 'Meat' the Brewers.


This year, we are highlighting all those delicious mobile eats that everyone has been talking about. Move over L.A., these trucks started right here in Silicon Valley and the Peninsula.

So what to call this year? How about: Meet the Brewers: Food Truck the Brewers Edition!

(Get it? Clever, huh.)

We cordially invite you, your friends, loved ones, and drinking buddies to join us for an afternoon of local craft beer and soda, and loads of great eats. Here's who will be there (list subject to grow and change):

Southern Sandwich, MoBowl, BBQ Kalbi, and The Louisiana Territory

Tickets are for unlimited beer tasting ($25), or designated drivers ($5). Bring lots of cash for food. Leashed dogs allowed only outside brewery. Well behaved children welcome.

At the door, tickets will be $30 (Unlimited Beer) and $10 (DD), and we may sell out before then, so get your tickets now!

SCMB will be a featured brewery at the ORGANIC ORGY during SF BEER WEEK! Tim Huxley will be pouring our finest at this fun event.
